Brisk breezes and wide open beaches make Wildwood New Jersey an excellent buggy area. At low tide, a 5 mile run along the hard packed shoreline is not uncommon. Especially with a steady on-shore wind. For the beginner, the softer sand is ideal to prevent excessive speed and cushion the occasional tumble. A favorite place to buggy with the East Coast pilots.
