You can determine shipping charges for an order with various options, by proceeding to
the Order Summary page at any stage during the ordering process. Enter your shipping address
and shipping method option and click on next to review an order with shipping
charges included. Nothing will be transmitted to us and you can add and remove products and change
shipping options as many times as you like.
Shipping calculations are
based on items selected. ( There is a minimum shipping charge of $10.00 for Domestic
Ground UPS, $28.00 for Domestic 3 Day Air UPS, $42.00 for Domestic 2 Day Air UPS and $65.00 for
Domestic Next Day Air UPS. These rates apply to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping charges
to Hawaii and Alaska will be higher and recalculated when an order is processed for despatch. )
Promotional discounts and applicable taxes will also be shown when you preview your order before
final check-out. Discount coupon codes should be entered at checkout after selecting shipping method.

Shipping:

We normally ship orders to US customers by UPS and for smaller items, US Priority
Mail. If orders are received before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time they will be
shipped the same day. However, orders placed after 2:00 p.m. weekdays, or on a
Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be shipped the next business day. Please note; UPS
services do not include the day of shipping for their premium services. For example, a
package shipped via UPS 3 Day Select Service on Monday will be delivered on the
following Thursday. ( Taking 3 business days ) Shipping times for USA
deliveries. We will gladly quote for international shipping before processing an order

The receiver is responsible for import duty and other taxes if orders shipped to
non-US destinations attract such additional costs.
We will confirm details of your order by e-mail as soon as it has been processed and
shipped. A tracking number will be included if applicable.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order does not arrive in a timely
fashion or is damaged in transit.
Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with whatever you buy from us. You may return
items within 30 days of purchase for replacement or a refund. The merchandise
must be unflown and in its' original packaging and condition for a full refund.

In order to return an item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization.
Securely package the item and ship it back to us. We will advise the appropriate
address. We strongly suggest you insure the package for its full value as you are
responsible for loss or damage until we receive it.
If you wish to return something within 30 days that has been opened or flown, even once (used),
a miniumum 25% of purchase value service fee will be charged. Items will be subject to
inspection to determine their actual return value. Again, you must obtain a
Return Authorization before we can accept this type of return.
